The Ramondo property is 1/4 mile away from our Estate property and is the only other meaningful vineyard on Baker Lane. We have a ground lease on this property and Greg Adams farms it organically. The 2008 harvest yielded less than 2 tons an acre lending the wine ample fruit concentration to go with its defining acidity and savory depth. It was aged 11 months in 35% new Kadar puncheons and bottled in August 2009.
Color: Cherry red with a violet rim Nose: Clean, fragrant, fruity, intense aromas of mature red fruits with hints of nuts. Palate: Big, smooth and warming. Full-bodied, fruity and well-balanced with great structure. Finish: Young, red fruits beautifully round into a long finish.

A fantastic little sparkler with aromas of peach, orange blossom and honeysuckle. Delicate, delicious, and perfectly balanced.
The color is deep ruby red with light burgundy reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is full and intense with notes of small wild berries and pleasing scents of noble wood, vanilla and cocoa. Dry, well structured, austere and elegant on the palate, with good harmony between the tannic and acid components and those responsible for softness (alcohol and glycerine) and excellent persistence.
